Terms of Service
Effective date: June 10, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Roamly, operated by Provision Bookkeeping LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using Roamly, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Roamly provides a web-based family trip planning tool. Depending on your plan, we deploy a personalized planner to a unique URL and make it accessible to you and anyone you choose to share it with.
2. Your Account and Access
When you purchase a plan, you receive a planner link by email. You are responsible for keeping that link secure and for all activity that occurs through it. Do not share your link with anyone you would not want to have full access to your trip planner.
3. Plans and Billing
- One-time plans are charged once at purchase. Your planner remains active for 6 months from the setup date.
- Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your planner remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- Trip Bundle credits never expire and may be redeemed at any time. Each credit activates one planner for 6 months from the redemption date.
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
4. Refund Policy
Because Roamly involves manual setup on our end, we offer refunds only before your planner has been deployed. Once your planner is live, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using your planner, contact us at hello@roamlytrips.com and we will make it right.
5. Your Content
You own the content you add to your planner — itineraries, photos, journal entries, and other data. By using Roamly, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to you and your authorized family members as part of providing the service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Roamly to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Roamly application.
- Resell or sublicense access to Roamly without our written permission.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep Roamly available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances outside our control, including third-party hosting or API outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
8. Data at Expiration
We will email you 30 days before your planner expires or your subscription lapses. After expiration, planner data may be deleted. We are not responsible for data loss after the active period ends.
9. Limitation of Liability
Roamly is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current plan.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ottawa County, Michigan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active customers by email of material changes. Continued use of Roamly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
